The Grants & Outcomes Coordinator is responsible for identifying, securing, and stewarding institutional funding while coordinating the collection, tracking, analysis, and reporting of organizational outcomes. This position manages the full grant lifecycle, including prospect research, proposal development, grant submissions, award administration, compliance, reporting, and renewals. The position also supports the organization's ability to measure program effectiveness, demonstrate community impact, and communicate meaningful results to funders and stakeholders.
