Mentor Program Manager

The Mentor Program Manager oversees the daily operations, growth, and quality of the Mentor Program at Ransomed Life. This role manages mentor recruitment and onboarding, mentee intake, match support, and ongoing program evaluation. The Manager cultivates strong relationships with youth, families, and volunteers, ensuring trauma-informed, survivor-centered support throughout the mentoring journey.
